Ashley

Ashley believes that every person deserves to live a fulfilling and authentic life. She strives to create a safe, warm, and compassionate environment for clients to share their unique stories, current struggles, and future aspirations. With gentle guidance and kindness, Ashley uses a holistic approach to help her clients explore their stories at their own pace and create the future they want. Ashley utilizes mindfulness techniques and a strengths-based approach to help empower her clients to take steps to transform their lives in positive and long-lasting ways.

Ashley is a Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Fort Hays State University and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Art from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Ashley has experience working with individuals, adolescents, and couples, and has worked in a variety of settings, including an inpatient community mental health facility, a college counseling center, a mental health crisis response center, and private practice.
