Healing Touch is an accredited form of hands on healing that consists of light or above the body touch that balances, opens and connects the major energy centers within the body and energizes the entire human energy field. Healing may occur on the physical, emotional, mental of spiritual levels. Healing Touch can assist with anxiety, stress, headaches, wound healing, life transitions and preparing the body for surgeries.

Jessica has additional training to address the unique energetic needs of pregnancy, new parents and newborns. Healing Touch also promotes healthy fetal growth, supports labor, enhances bonding (especially after a separation), promotes healing, eases physical discomforts, eases the emotional, physical and mental aspects of the transition to parenthood.  It can be used to support your recovery from a NICU stay, c-section,  and postpartum mood changes.
